Well done, Stephen! A timely post for this time of year – But your points are perfect for all year round. I’ll add a bit here:
1 – Find ways to Fuel Your Motivation. It comes from within you – but there are many ways to fuel it from the outside.
2 – Create an Accountability System. This can range from scheduling and marking “done” after you complete them – all your workouts in your calendar – to teaming up with a person, or group of people – to hold each other accountable for daily, weekly and monthly target goals. There are a number of online solutions for this as well.
3 – Find Proper Guidance. This means both short term guidance geared toward your specific needs – and long term guidance to help you navigate the challenges life throws your way, to help you stay on track and committed to your personal priorities.
Hope those 3 tips help!

My primary resolution this year is going to get my home organized. When I am highly organized, my stress levels go down. Who doesn’t want to reduce stress?
Nice Tips.
