One Of The Greatest Gifts To Your Business
Due to the Christmas holiday, there is no DTAlpha TalkBack Session today.
Please come back on Wednesday December 26th for a new TalkBack Session that will prepare you for the ultimate success revolution in your life and business.
On Wednesday December 26th, Friday, December 28th and Monday December 31st (New Years Eve) we will provide a series of conversations that will unlock the ultimate key to unlimited success.
We will be discussing the 3 primary factors of ALL success in life and business. As long as you get these three right, everything you desire will be yours.
We will also be discussing the #1 question that must be asked and answer in 2008 and beyond if you want to lay siege your businesses highest potential.
And we will also discuss the 1st thing you do not want to do. Fail on just this one thing and your 2008 will be worst that 2007.
So be ready! Let your family, friends, associates and everyone you know that could benefit from this, made aware of what’s to come here on the DTAlpha TalkBack Blog starting this Wednesday, December 26th.
In the meantime, I want to acknowledge you and thank you for your participation and conversation.
One of the greatest gifts I’ve received this year, is the gift if friendship from you. For that I am eternally gratefully.
God Bless YOU and YOURS this amazing Christmas session,
From Stephen & Alicia Pierce and the whole DTAlpha Team
P.S. One of the greatest gifts all business owners have received, is the gift of clients and customers.
I will leave with this poem which is somewhat of poetic customer justice.
Because The Customer
By The Executive Gallery
Because the customer has a need,
we have a job to do.
Because the customer has a choice,
we must be the better choice.
Because the customer has sensibilities,
we must be considerate.
Because the customer has an urgency,
we must be quick.
Because the customer is unique,
we must be flexible.
Because the customer has high expectations,
we must excel.
Because the customer has influence,
we have the hope of more customers.
Because of the customers,
our business exist.
Stephen’s added notes:
Every car some marketer brags about buying, or house they flaunt about living in or boat the boast about enjoying. Every enhanced lifestyle is not because of ones own personal marketing brilliance alone. It’s in large part because a customer gave you their money in exchange for the value you promised.
So let’s not get wrapped up in ourselves and our own egos and forget that without the customers, no business exist
Every gift we give this Christmas season, is because a customer gave us the gift of their business.

To Stephen, Alicia & the Entire DTAlpha Team,
Thank you for what you are putting out into the world and your efforts to effect positive change everywhere you go.
Your poem about the customer is a wonderful guideline for us all to follow.
Hope to work with you one day!
Best wishes for 2008 and beyond~

It’s great seeing you all come by even on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day.
You all are amazing.
I hope you’re having an amazing Christmas with your family and friends.
For the last few days we’ve gone “movie KrAzy” and have been having double and triple features.
That’s continued today on Christmas of course.
Oh so what have we watched?
Well, considering my wife and I travel around the world a lot (and I do mean literally around the world), we rarely get to catch movies when they are new at the theaters, so we order them online when there are on DVD or Blu-Ray.
So, we’ve watched Rush Hour 3, The Kingdom, The Brourne Ultimatum, 28 Weeks Later and a few others… and we have a stack we are working through today and for the rest of the week while our family is still in town.
I may post some fun pictures of our home theater/media room so you can see where we spend our movie watching time.
I’ve been out playing with the crazy dogs (we have 3 minpins; Ceaser, Dinan and Gizmo) and of course eating great food with the family… and yea, I got in a few video games.
We spent the early hours talking and laughing it up at the table for breakfast where I had more than my fair share of food. I felt like an overstuffed burrito after snorting up all that food.
It was awesome, but don’t poke me because I may burst like fireworks.
While you are not here with us in body, we have you here in spirit.
We love and appreciate you and thank you for your continued conversations.
Be sure to come back tomorrow for Wednesday’s DTAlpha TalkBack Session.
Thank you all, and MERRY CHRISTMAS to YOU and YOURS!

Hi Stephen.Merry Christmas to you and family.I live in Australia as you know and have a sister living here as well, but the rest of my family live in New Zealand. For the first time in a long time I had my sis here on christmas day. What an awesome treat to have her here with me on Chrissy day even though Australia is only 3 hours from NewZealand my family and I have not had a family reunion for about 5 yrs.I think it is a powerful time to be close with your family even if your not with them in person, by recognising how we are truly blessed with having such a bond in times like these.God bless to you Stephen and thankyou for your time this year it is a privilege.

Beloved DTAlpha,
Thank you for acknowledging the fact
that customers make all the difference in Business.
In fact, customers are the business. In this season let us always remember
” The Name of Jesus ‘
Jesus who made it possible
for us to interact and network with one another.
God the Father gave us all that we need in His Word,
The Bible. I thank you for your insight, I thank all those who responded to
your initial question.
May The Lord Bless you and yours, this day on earth
and in Heaven, may the power and presence of
Almighty God capture your
hearts with His Devine Favor and Love.
Peace be unto you

Tis a coupla days since Chrissy and boy has it been hot.
The temperature here in Perth reached a very hot 40.5 on Chrissy day and if that was not enough Boxing Day hit a sizzling 44.4.
As I reflect back on the year I am so grateful to all who are a part of my blessed life. Specially you Stephen and your lovely wife Alicia.
I look forward to even more treasured times together where we not only learn from you the art of being great business people but also we share some wonderful giving experiences in helping others who are much less fortunate than ourselves.
Thankyou for loving us and thankyou for being our valued friends.

Stephen and Alicia,
Thanks for your patience and your unfailing love to get me going on this new venture. In fact after signing up for your courses, I will find it very strange even if I did not receive any email from you and your team in any single day. Seems like it is creating a habit for me to check on DTAlpha Talkback each day.

Dear Stephen,
I have read with great interest all of your emails and blogs over the last few months, but have always been too busy to reply. I have found them to be very informative, helpful and a great help in overcoming my acid reflux.
I agree that customers are very important to our success in business and that they should never be taken for granted.
A few years ago my business took a nosedive and i had to call on help.I installed a new Chairman in my company and then never looked back.
When my friend had the same problems i sent him the following letter.
Dear Paul,
When i first started my import export business i struggled, so i decided to employ a new Chairman and Managing Director, who had a lot more experience than myself. The person i offered the job to accepted immediately and is now always in work before me and always there after i have gone home. His wisdom and ability are second to none and he has brought in more business than i ever expected or dreamed off.
A lot of my customers don’t even know him, although they know all about him and his remarkable abilities. He has managed to open all the right doors for our company and he has introduced us to all the right people
He handpicked all the staff. The best loyal staff you could ever wish for. These staff have helped to transform the company .
From me running a small company with it’s usual problems, bad cashflow, lack of orders, wrong staff, to being a company that now has a full order book, is expanding and is very profitable.
The hardest decision i ever had to make was to swallow my pride and hand over the Chairmanship of my company . Since i did, i have never looked back.
The new Chairman & MD.is quite a remarkable person, who has made it clear that he is willing to help anybody in the business community who’s company needs help.
If your company is having problems, little orders, bad cashflow, poor staff, let my Chairman help you at a price that you can afford.
His name is Jesus, and i guarantee that if you call on him and hand your company over to him, he will help sort all the problems out. He is much better connected than any bank manager i have ever met and he always listens, but You must remember that he wants no part of anything that is not legal.
This friend did the same as me and invited Jesus to take control of his company which is now doing well.
My Lord and Saviour has created so many other miracles in my life that one day i will write a book about them all.
You Stephen have extoled the virtues of some very interesting natural remedies that have helped many, many people. I for one thank you for your help, but i also thank The Lord for guiding me to you.
May God continue to bless you and your business
I wish you your family and all your internet customers a very happy and prosperous new year

Dropped in to revisit this Talkback and noticed all the Christmas greetings,
plus an Elf message further up (at #13).
Greg and I had practised our dance for hours and hours too!
At this special Christmas greeting you’ll find a link to our effort.
Plus, another great piece of comedy is there as well. Enjoy!
