Hi Stephen,
Awesome! Joint Ventures are the fastest and easiest way to make a huge amount of money in a short period of time and risking almost nothing… The advantages are many.
One of the most important things is: What Is In It For Me? (WIIFM). You have to put yourself in the shoes of your JV prospects and answer this question.
Nobody is going to do a JV with you for the sake of doing it. You have to demonstrate to your JV prospects how they and their customers can benefit from the deal.
You can even do a JV with your direct competitors. You have to be able to figure out how you can \"fulfill a hole in their product\". I mean, identify something that they didn’t cover and create a product based on it.
Another important thing is how you approach your JV prospects, it is crucial because if you do it in the wrong way they are not going to consider your proposal.
Stephen, as you said the JV topic is huge and there are many things that have to be considered when setting up a JV, but the key is YOU taking action.
Thanks,

Hey PV,
You highlight some really good points on JV marketing. I wonder, is there a resource or training that you recommend on JV’s?
I really want to explore this more in debt and I think you and Val (who posted under you in this blog) have a lot to offer in this regard.
By the way, Stephen, thank you for all you do for us and for making such a highly valuable training free.
Sincerely,

Very nice list for JV’s and all the previous checklists.
But it seems people DO NOT realize how powerful is a JV and consider Craigslist (or class ads) more effective.
They’re wrong I know what I’m talking about… I do JV a LOT!

Great! There seems to be a misconception amongst new internet marketers that joint ventures are for the ‘big-hitters’ of internet marketing but I know from experience that partnerships can be beneficial with small lists and fledging businesses.
A good JV will grow your business very quickly if done right!
Thanks for this Stephen,
Karl

Great Information about JV’s.
I think JV’s are the best way to get traffic and build a list. I do however think that there can be some barriers to entry for some people that do not have large list. Especially if you have a product to sell but no list to leverage.
Many times it is about “what can you do for me before i do for you” scenario. In addition getting a hold of the larger “gurus” is a challenge all by itself.
Not trying to give the negatives of doing JV’s but there can be some challenges. I do believe this is the #1 best way to build a list and generate traffic unless you have a large bankroll to do PPC.
I work with a lot of people in the real estate investing niche and some in the PPC and IM products niches setting up JV’s. If you have a list or product and want to explore a JV, shoot me an email to jim@thejointventureguy.com

Forget Blogger. Pick your domanin name and install Wordpress! It’s the BEST option… ever.
I’ve been using Blogger for years and was disappointing about their lack of support. With WP is totally different.
I am also feel comfortable to see that people are very interested into JV’s.
But keep in mind one thing!
Despite of the general idea that a JV it’s EASY to do, there are certain steps you NEED to follow. Step outside are you’re burned!!
Check out my sig link and you’ll understand…

Hey Stephen,
I agree with the JV possibilities but I do it with one strong objection.
I began with a JV mentor and was casually left in the dust by a lack of understanding of what I needed to have in place to even join the party.
I think in all fairness when we (you) promote the advantages of JVing you should point out that anyone who wants to JV should already have a website, and/or their own product, and/or knowledge of all the miniscule yet necessary elements of a web presence and/or a sales page that converts well, and/or the list goes on and on.
Sure we gravitate to the people who are where we want to be and that’s smart, but being taken advantage of because of our desire to improve our lot in life by someone who assumes that we “get it” on the same level that they get it is just flat out wrong.
Not to try and burst anyones bubble but selling to unqualified people for profit without regard to them being fully able to use the systems being sold is a really lousy way to do business.
It’s a good thing a lot of you guys are online, because the offline real world of business you wouldn’t last a minute !
No offense intended just wanted to clarify a few things.
Thanks

Do you have a sample mutually beneficial agreement that you have used in the past. Even when you work with someone you trust I believe you should have some written agreement. Your dealing with money. Can you or any one reading this blog provide some samples to to work from.

I love JVs. As a blog content provider I highly recommend them, especially in today’s economy, for companies that want to do some blog marketing. I am currently looking for a private investigator for a JV arrangement on a blog. If you are a PI or you know a PI I’d appreciate a recommendation. You can DM me on Twitter at http://twitter.com/Allen_Taylor
BTW, Stephen, great checklist.

Just read your 4 page report on JV very good reminders in there. One big hole!
\"Contact\" JV partners. Herein lies a giant problem, I’m not talkin small JV partners with small lists but the \"big guys\".
Most, if not all are \"invisable\" their contact addresses are \"not available\".
I know they have a private PM e-mail somewhere.
Could us where to dig them out?
I’ve tried \"support\", they get dumped by a clerk somewhere.
I’m even an affiliate of the ones I wish to contact and that is no help!
Tryed Googleing them no help.
Any ideas you could pass on about how to reach the inside track?
PM me if you like, and don’t want to make it public.:)
Thanks

Hello there,
Yes, I would agree, as a newbie with no list, JV is difficult. First we have to build up our list. But I can also understand that Stephen is showing all the different ways there are to market online.
This is just one of the ways in his teachings.
