An Unforgettable Illumination

I spent what felt like a lifetime starving for success, while standing in a pool of opportunity that seemed to always recede away from me every time I reached out for it.

And the moment I was able to take hold of something, it seem to always turn to dust.

I had an inverted Midas Touch at the time.

That means, what I touched didn’t turn to gold… it turned into dust.

I was shattered inside, lonely, heartbroken and desperate.

What looked like a promising future seemed to fade away quickly into a cold, dark valley of nothingness.

It got to the point where the only thing I could think about is what was true at the time.

What wasn’t working.
What I didn’t have.
Who was better than me.
What others thought about me.
And “I could of” and “I should of.”

One day I read a phrase. A phrase that would liberate my soul and recalibrate my thinking.

Hi Stephen,

This Talk back was really excellent. Its right up there with the best material from Brian Tracy and Jim Rohn and thats saying something!

This talk back especially reveals that very special quality of Passion clearly verbally extended with real emotion that is such a rare gift.

Few people aspire to greatness in life and that magic is evident here. There are so very few people in history who have the necessary fire in their voice to inspire people but you have that special quality.

The music is just right to enable the switch from the left to the right brain – from the conscous to the sub conscous mind.

Dear Stephen,

Yes! It is true that I have a critical financial situation to challenge at. If I maintain such negative feelings and perception eventually my true situation will become a truth in time to come. I have statrted to take positive steps to change the situation. I have to purify my thoughts, deeds and words. I am dicarding or the negatives vibrants that coming to me. I seeing benefits from my situation. I imagine I have feeling much better off and enjoy the fruits of perserverance and dedication towards financial freedom. I will continue to move forward positively until the goals are reached. I will take actions! actions! actions! and I will never give up! never give up! never give up! no matter the circumstances are. There is pure and impure land. When we think the land is impure than the land is impure and on the other hands if we think the land is pure it will be pure. All lies in the mind. Thank again Stephen for such a wonderful motivation words. I will definitely put it into action moment to moment.

Hi Stephen,
Love the music haha way to create emotion right? This talkback back me think. Sometimes its hard to see through the frustration, desperation and exasperation. And the only thing that we can hang onto … is a that glimpse of hope that we will get that thing that we most desire.

I think that you’re onto something. That hey there will always be challenges. There will always be the next level that we have to reach. But its not about the destination, it is absolutely about the journey. Life is about having these challenges and over coming them

Life is about being scared and terrified and going out and doing what needs to be done in spite of it all. Life is about stepping up and taking every opportunity to express yourself. Life is about uncovering your life purpose and doing something everyday that reflects that.

I love what you say about us all being diamonds in the rough. That life challenges us to make us into these beautiful polished diamonds. I think that some people are scared of life. They are scared of adversity, or getting rejected, or of not getting that they want.

But it made me think. Maybe that is what makes life so exciting. Maybe life is all about the challenge. That’s what makes it so special. And because life is like this, it’s good to remember that each and every one of us is here for a reason. We all have a purpose to fulfill. We all have something great to contribute to this world. It’s our job to uncover that and to really believe in ourselves, that whatever we put our mind to can be done. Whatever we want we can achieve.

We always have a choice. And I choose to push on in spite of it all. Because I have a dream and vision that will not die until I achieve it.

you know listening to you talk just conformed what Jesus tells us in the bible. if we will keep our eyes on him and think only postive and pure thoughts we will and can be successful in what ever we set our mines to doing. with christ all things are possible. have a great day. JO

This is one of the best messages yet! I really related to it because of an epiphany I experienced over the weekend – it was a personal aha! moment when I really realized that my thinking about this one very personal item is enough to hold me back from my success.
Then I realized that we usually teach what we need to learn, and I only need to be a certain amount ahead in order to share what I’ve learned with those who haven’t gotten to the point where I am today.
This has freed me up to start out, instead of just “revving the engine”. You’re gonna hear the wheels screech as I push on the gas! (Can’t tell that I love fast cars, can you?)…………..

As I am facing the biggest challenge of my life ( lost of scholarship.) I am making this hour the finest hour out of the heat of hottest fire I am go through right now…

Every year I write my plan for life but this is the first time I feel it’s truth in my darkest days..

I feel the truth of what is beyond the what is true right now the situation…

I feel so empowered and motivated no only to think posivity towards the people that terminated my scholarship and other I feel and suspected involved but also analysis myself of ending up in stituation like these… (product of my decision) ha ha ha

Stephen thank you for that wonderful pep talk! It’s so true how when we are in the middle of disappointments, so called failure, difficult times… it’s very hard not to see that as our truth. Thanks for reminding me today that it may be true of me right now but it certainly isn’t my total truth — it probably won’t be even by tomorrow.

Thank you stephen & also Jeanne May ever so much for your inspiration . My life has taken a massive turnaround over the last 6 months since I was introduced to the computer world. You see I,m 57 years young & had basicly given up on acheiving anything in my life other than existing. I am enjoying finding people like yourselves , I don,t even know how I found your site . Have had no lessons on computer , just bought one & started pressing buttons ,so can you guy,s please keep in touch with me as I will most likely loose these links until I get to know what I,m doing. Also any help or advise from anyone out there would be much appreciated. I am convinced the universe has led me to this site & look forward to many more visits so I can pass on the teaching. Don,t know how to pass on websites to other people yet, sure it will come to me soon.
I have been totally moved by all of this & look forward to a wonderful journey in my life fromthis point on.
