Right Stephen, it is easy to create a product when you know what you want to create, and you can package it in different ways.

Also you can re-purpose products, for example if you have a blog then you record yourself reading some of the articles you have on it and you have a new product.

Most people fail because they create a product without knowing what the market really WANTS, they suppose that the product will sell very well, and here is where they start to have problems… When they see that they are not selling they start to lose confidence and start thinking about giving up.

You have to create the kind of product your target market WANTS… When you have the right product and you offer it at the right price to the right market, only one thing can happen… SUCCESS.

I agree, we must BE the CLO (Chief Leveraging Officer) and let go of (outsource) the things that we struggle with the most.

It sometimes is harder to do (let go/outsource) than saying/knowing it should be done, especially if you are someone who tends to be detailed oriented or perfectionist…but that is just a habit that has to be addressed and resolved so one can achieve more in the same amount of time.

A Great reminder, it is only a 5 step process….

I personally found writing the eBook the easy part but standing in front of a camera is something I would find very difficult to do.

My first eBook on the fashion business took many months to complete. It was like climbing a mountain and I kept slipping down, until eventually I got to the top of the mountain, and ‘saw’ over the other side. My method was to set up a spreadsheet and set a target of writing so many words a day until I got to over 150 pages.

The second was completed in a much shorter time frame because I was desperate to get this subject matter out.

Yet again you have given information which can open the door to financial freedom for everyone, in a few short minutes. Thank you so much and I look forward to your traffic ideas because that is gold in itself.

Stephen, you are one special guy.

Letting go of doing everything myself, and setting up a system that I can leverage and expand, is one of the most difficult steps to take on a mental level. But very, very necessary in order to get beyond just making a little extra money on the internet and on to a real business.

Sounds like a good one Stephen.

I think it was a very good suggestion to record it first via video so you can later upsell,
or repurpose that content.

Most people forget that piece. I have a map here that includes somewhere in the ballpark
of 150 ways to repurpose content…

Do it once, and let it flow over and over and over again.

Great talk back Stephen!

One key point that you mentioned is that you don’t have to necessarily have the knowledge yourself. You can interview someone else who has the knowledge and still create your own product. A lot of people use their “lack of knowledge” so to speak as an excuse, which quite frankly is an excuse because we all know something that other people would pay to know, but let’s just say you really don’t know anything anyone would pay for, you can still leverage the knowledge of other people to make money.

I also think a lot of people don’t take advantage of the power of private label products. With a private label product, you are giving full access to modify the content ANY way you see fit. This is incredible if you really understand the power of this. It’s the ultimate form of leverage because you can now take a product that you didn’t create, make a few modifications and now have your very own product.

Yep, Stephen, the steps are easy. The hardest part is just doing it. That’s right, just getting off our behinds and moving forward. Folks, remember what Stephen said some weeks ago – your fear will disappear once you start acting. Until then you will be paralysed. And the longer you take to move, the harder it is to eventually move.

So people, if you caught yourself today saying something along the lines of, “yes I must do that”, DO IT!!!

Personally, I am good at the action, but today’s salient point was looking at getting others to do what I’m not so good at, or simply that there are others out there who are better than me.

One thing that one shouldn’t forget is…
If one shall have the power to succeed one also need to learn how to deeply relax and save oneself from bad experience in the future!
I perceive stress as the foundation for most of our problem that lead to more problems.

As I overcome the thought form of perfection my creativity opened up and I created my own project that I didn’t thought I was able to do.. But I did… And this is just the beginning…
And do you know what; I feel good doing this without perfection. Just go do it.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for another great talkback and thank You for simplifying the process, it helps someone like me to get a better understanding of the overall picture.
I believe that getting the overall picure prior to filling in the details is the best way to learn about something. – Kind of like laying down a grid first and then filling up the individual spaces with details one at the time.

At least now I have an understanding that there are various ways to go about this kind of business; some elements are mutually important and others have a set of options to them. Personally I am going to try and mindmap the process – something I did not think about doing before. Because if I can really get an understanding about the different components and how they fit together, then I can make a plan of action and learn about each of the different parts.

Needless to say I already know who I will be learning traffic generation from and to me, that seems like the key to being able to profit. But of course I will also need to work on understanding each of the other areas and kind of crystalize the overall picture and REALLY understand the different options and opportunities that I have.
I would absolutely prefere to learn about these things from You, simply because I trust that You know what You are doing. I have been previously trying to understand this from other sources, but I was lead around a circle and did not really get anywhere near understanding it. So I am going to be looking for those 200 and some products that You created. I kind of figure that some of the information that I seek is involved in some of the products that You are currently outthere selling.

Anyway You have definately convinced me that I should recommit to doing this. I believe that I am in the ballpark in regards to the proper information that I have been missing and I suspect that I am right.
