Dear Stephen,it is of no surprise to have this fantastic information on how fat loose in the human body but sincerely I’m person who has loose a lots of fat over the last twenty years in the rest of my life.
This is the brief story of who I’m ,simply I’m a Sudanese who has lost his parents and remain as an orphan but now I’m no longer ophan because studying in the college of medicine.
So pleases you can still keep on bring more information so that i can also learn more about my own health status.

I have intermittently listened to your Talk Backs, and am affirming listen to them when the come in my email, not waiting a day.

I always feel re-energized after listening.

Like, Claire, I have been knocked down more times than I can count, am struggling with my most current set-back and am a wee bit weary.

Yet, I am looking forward to what I can do next, looking up, and getting up again.

Listening to you is a big boost to getting GAS back into my tank.

Hello Stephen

GASSS is what I am looking for in DT Alpha.
Thanks to all your advices and sharing your know ledges with all of us
It’s a great “S”upport tool and it helps me to re-affirm my desire to go forward and to keep learning new things.

I think the hardest part is to install the “S”ystem, I have already tried 2 different systems to implement SMCC in my daily routine, but each time, my first “priority” (my day job) has knocked my plan out by the window.

However, I manage to keep up with DT Alpha though, so my new plan is to keep my DT Alpha routine and to improve my SMCC consistency via DT Aplha wake’s.

I would definitely say and recommend that your are more than valuable to listen in on here.
It seems that you have an interesting accumulation of knowledge, resources, and ideologies put into your unique packaging. Huge bonus that you can use real and created analogies to further illustrate point, in a way that can get people to remember what you have told them.
Very much apprecitated to find someone who ” speaks” my language, yet at the same time is motivational without sounding like a hpye-machine.

Trust me Stephen,

listening to you IS INDEED one of the MOST MEANINGFUL Things i cld be doing. =D

Gratitude is the most powerful weapon against negative thoughts that satan puts in your head. Gratitude means even when u’re in a tight spot or u’re not moving in the direction you should be moving, gratitude helps you to remember what you’ve already achieved.

NOT that this causes you to STAY in your comfort zone, but that it helps you to propel forward once again, since you’ve already done it before!!!

Thank soo much for giving me direction in where i’m going!!
