Hi Mary,

Adjust your screen resolution.

Do to your desktop, right click, select properties, select the “setting” tab and adjust your resolution to “more”, click ok.

I believe you should be able to see it then.

Hi Stephen outstanding information as we have all come to expect but hopefully not take for granted …. I have subscribed too! Just to clear things up… Some think that the book is a pdf file but it is the coupon that is in pdf. The coupon is then printed out by your own computer printer and you send off for the actual real live book with actual paper pages using 1 of the 3 options given on the coupon. That’s what I think anyway. Am I right?

PS I would love one of your free books but the post around here is next to useless so if you send me a book directly to my address that I am sure you have within your records I would be very grateful.

PPS If I am wrong about the pdf files as stated above, may I suggest that in order to save on postage and packaging etc that if you do have it on pdf you could post it somewhere secret and let your loyal subscribers have the url to download it.

Also make it a capital offense for anyone to tell anyone else about the url.

What about a piece of software that only allows it to be downloaded once. Hmmm I have got myself thinking again. How about a competition where to get a copy one has to submit a post to every talk back session?

PPS I am late with this reply as I have been trying to sort out the beta version 1.05

I’m enjoying the same problem with the book, lol.

I tried to reboot the iTunes software many times, I tried and clicked many times on the “update” button situated at the rightern low corner of the software’s interface, in vain.

By the way, maybe the cuppon doesn’t appear because it it is considered as an album cover? Which is only reserved for people who paid for this service. That may be the reason, what do you think?

Can’t you please send a pdf-ised version of your book by email to us? It could be very cool and a LOT easier for everyone.

I’m already subscribed through iTunes since April 24, but I still couldn’t figure out how to get to the pdf to print it out.

As well my iTunes seems to work differently to what your video shows and it doesn’t automatically update. I always come here through my feed reader.

Is there any solution to that problem, which seem to bother many of your subscribers.
